1. Who are you and what do you do?

Midlands Mobility is a division of Younique Healthcare Ltd, proudly based in Old Hill, just outside Halesowen in the West Midlands. We have been delivering mobility and healthcare solutions since 1991, focusing on supplying, servicing, and assessing mobility scooters and equipment across the UK.

3. What are your business hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). We are closed on weekends and public holidays.


4. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in mobility scooters, healthcare solutions, and disability equipment tailored to meet individual mobility needs.


5. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply:

  1. Add products to your cart.
  2.  Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping and payment details.
  4.  Review and confirm your order.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.


9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of order value.


10. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri) after processing.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and we use reliable couriers such as Evri, DPD UK, and Yodel.


11. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


12. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us at hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk or call +44 0121 630 3850 as soon as possible.


13. What is your return policy?

You may return most items within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please report it within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Email: hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free return and issue a replacement or refund.


16. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued within 7 business days (Mon–Fri) of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.


17. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Contact us to discuss your exchange options. You will need to follow the return process first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


18. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

OUR STORY

Since 1991, we have been working hard to deliver mobility and healthcare solutions around the world and now operate from our base in Old Hill, just outside of Halesowen in the West Midlands.A wise person once said “love what you do and you will never work a day in your life” and we truly love what we do.Things have been tough, no doubting that. No one will help a start up company in the UK despite small business being the main backbone of the economy; and no one wants to invest into a disability equipment company so, as with everything to do with special needs, we have done it alone.The principal aim is to do good with our work, have a little fun and feed our families along the way. We have had many triumphs and many tribulations but here we are, still laughing. That’s got to be worth something in my book!
