We sell and deliver products exclusively within the United Kingdom. All transactions are subject to UK law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you:

- Are a resident of the United Kingdom.
- Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Returns Policy.
These terms, together with your order confirmation and our dispatch confirmation, form the basis of a legally binding contract between you and Midlands Mobility.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability shown on our website are accurate.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in real life.
- Product dimensions and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.
If we discover an error in your order, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to cancel or amend the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). VAT and the final cost will be calculated at checkout. We do not charge hidden fees.

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received.
5. Order Process
Here’s how your order is processed:
- Place Your Order: Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order.
- Processing: We will verify product availability and your delivery details.
- Dispatch Confirmation: A second email will confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
- Delivery Arrangement: We will contact you by phone or email to schedule your delivery.
Your order becomes legally binding once the goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery
We deliver only within the United Kingdom, to the address provided at checkout.
Please provide two contact numbers and a valid email address for delivery updates.
Delivery Conditions:
- You or a responsible adult must be available to receive and sign for the goods.
- If you cannot accept delivery personally, you may nominate someone to do so on your behalf.
- Delivery drivers are not authorised to leave goods without a signature.
- We cannot accept liability for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information or customer unavailability.
7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty goods:
- Contact us immediately at hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage.
- Do not assemble the product if it is damaged. Report it first.
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
If confirmed faulty, we will:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Send a replacement item at no extra cost, or
- Arrange a collection and issue a full refund (including delivery costs).
We reserve the right to inspect the goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
8. Assembly Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
Please follow all assembly instructions carefully. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly. We strongly advise that two people assemble heavy or complex items.
9. Cancellation & Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel:
- Notify us in writing by email at hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk
- Include your order number and full contact details.
Return Conditions:
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days (Mon–Fri) of receiving the returned items or proof of return.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the goods show signs of use or damage.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
