Order cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped,cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged goods

We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.

Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@midlandsmobility.co.uk or call us on +44 0121 630 3850 Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
