Midlands Mobility is a trading name of Younique Healthcare Limited, a UK-registered company. We aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, you can return most products within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order items may not be eligible unless proven to be faulty.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email returns@youniquehealthcare.co.uk or call 0330 133 1040 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return the item securely packaged to our warehouse:
    Younique Healthcare Ltd, Unit 9, Belgrave Industrial Estate, B64 6BS

  3. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or in error.
